No, there is no minimum order amount. You’re welcome to rent a single item or multiple pieces; whatever fits your event needs.

The standard rental period is for the day of the event. If the item is not booked the day before your event, delivery or pickup may be arranged one day in advance upon availability. Any delay in returning rental items may result in additional charges and/or deductions from the guarantee amount.

A mandatory security fee applies to all orders to help protect our rental items. This fee is fully refunded once all items are returned in their original condition.
In the event of damage, loss, or theft, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security fee. If the cost exceeds the security fee, the remaining balance will be charged to the customer.

Yes! Most of our items can be repainted to match your event theme or colour palette. Items eligible for colour changes are highlighted on our website. Custom colour requests must be confirmed in advance and may be subject to additional fees and lead time.
