Transportation
We provide professional delivery and setup services for all your event rentals to make your rental experience as smooth as possible. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order requirements.
Our skilled drivers handle every item with care, ensuring your rentals arrive on time and in perfect condition, ready for your celebration.
Will-Call or Self-Pickup
If you’re renting just a few items, our Will-Call service is the perfect solution!
Your order will be prepared and ready for self-pickup before your event. Items must be returned the same day or the next business day - details to be confirmed with our sales team.
Ensure your vehicle can safely transport the items without damage. For safety and complex installations, some items must be delivered by our professional team.
Guarantee
A mandatory security fee applies to all orders to protect our rental items. This fee is fully refunded once all items are returned in their original condition.
If any damage occurs, the repair or replacement cost will be deducted from the guarantee. Should the fee not cover the full cost, the remaining balance will be charged to the customer.
